NO EXCEPTIONS FOR ALL POLICIES

Reschedules and Cancelations:

Reschedules – If for any reason you need to reschedule your photo session, we require 4 business days notice. There is no charge for the first reschedule request, as long we receive at least 4 business days notice. Your new date/time must be within 90 days of your original date/time selected. If this is your second request to reschedule, there will be a $40 fee accessed, again your new date/time must be within 90 days of your first reschedule request. THERE ARE NO THIRD RESCHEDULING REQUESTS EXCEPTED. ALL PREPAID FEES, PLUS CHARGES MENTIONED ABOVE WILL BE ACCESSED.

If we do not receive at least 4 days notice to reschedule it is considered a cancellation and you will not be refunded any monies and you cannot reschedule with HEADSHOTSAZ.

No Shows – If you do not show up to your appointment, no monies are refunded and a $40 charge will be accessed and there can be no rescheduling with HEADSHOTSAZ. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Cancellations - If you cancel your photo session within 24 hours of your booking, you will be refunded, else, if over 24 hours, you will not be refunded the $100 retainer, if you prepaid your session and cancel within 24 hours, you will get the balance back and you cannot reschedule with HEADSHOTSAZ.

Payments

We except payments only in: cash or credit cards (via online).
Bookings must be made online with credit cards. If for any reason this is not possible, please call to make special arrangements.

Please indicate how you will be paying your balance dues whether by cash, or credit card on your confirmation email.
